We can serve as a witness and notarize your documents wherever you decide, such as your residence, your workplace, or a public setting like a restaurant or coffee shop. Notary Fees

$10 per notarial act (Florida state regulated fee)

It is important to note that each signature notarized signifies a notarial act; meaning that each page that you need to notarize is also a notarial act. Florida statute 117.05

Example:  If John Doe appears in front of a notary to notarize a single document, this will cost $10 to have that document notarized.

Example: If John and Jane Doe appear in front of a notary to notarize a single document, this will cost $20 to notarize both signatures. If said document has two pages and both pages need to be notarized, this will carry a total cost of $40.

  In other words, it costs $10 per signature on each notarized document.

Additional fees apply as follows:

Mobile Notary Travel Fee: $30 for the first 10 miles.

Additional Mile: $1.75 for each additional mile

After hours rate: $30 from hours of 8:00PM-8:00AM
